Judges of Election will be convening for the processing of Vote by Mail Ballots in the Office of the Iroquois County Clerk on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning on September 25th, 2020. There will be an exception on Friday, October 9, 2020 where they will not convene due to election judge training. That week they will meet on October 8, 2020. Ballot processing will begin as early as 8 AM and will be processed until the ballots received in the mail on Wednesdays and Fridays are completed. Judges will also meet Fridays, beginning at 3 PM to process any ballots that are hand delivered to the office. Judges will also convene on Saturday, October 31, 2020 and Monday, November 1, 2020 at 10 A.M. to process any ballots received. There will also be judges in the office all day on Election Day, November 3, 2020 to process any ballots that are hand delivered and mailed. There will be additional hours after Election Day, which are forthcoming.
