PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: To comply with the Iroquois County Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing shall be held at the Clifford Bury Administrative Center, 1001 East Grant Street, Watseka, Illinois on the 25th day of September, 2012 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to consider the application of Brent Hebert to request a Conditional Use for the existing B-1(Business) zoning. This Conditional Use would be for servicing vehicles. This parcel is adjacent to an A-2 zoning district. This tract is located in Section 32, Martinton Township, 28N, R 12W of the Second P.M. The Permanent Identification Number is 12-32-377-003. This tract is located at Route 1 and County Highway 2400N.
