FOR AMENDMENT
TO THE IROQUOIS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: To comply with the Iroquois County Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing shall be held at the Clifford Bury Administrative Center, 1001 East Grant Street, Watseka, Illinois on the 7th day of September, 2010 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to consider the application of Raymond Feeney to request a Conditional Use for an Outdoor Recreational Use.
They would like to place three cabins with no electricity and no plumbing to camp in for their family on the weekends. The seventeen acre parcel is zoned a Rural Homestead and the 9.48 acre parcel is zoned A-2. The cabins would be placed around the existing pond.
These tracts are located in Section 9 & 10, Chebanse Township, 28N, R 14W of the Second P.M. The Permanent Identification Numbers are 10-09-400-002 & 10-10-300-002. These tracts are located at 2837 N Old US 45.
