Kennel Ordinance – Dr. Finnell and State’s Attorney Jim Devine have made some revisions to the Kennel Ordinance.
Personal Wind Tower Ordinance – The County feels a Personal Wind Tower Ordinance is needed.
Zoning Ordinance revisions- The Zoning Ordinance will be temporarily changed regarding the rezoning process. At this time, the Regional Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals will be temporarily written out of the Ordinance for monetary reasons. The rezoning process will start with the Planning & Zoning Committee. This change will be in effect December 1, 2009.
